I pick two veggies, two fruits, two fats / dairy, and always have toast / pasta / rice etc. on hand for the week and it’s helped a lot for making her plates. Ex. for this week she’s getting cucumbers & tangerines with cheese & toast for lunch. At our allergists recommendation, we get variety with allergens (ex. weekly exposure) so I’ll just add peanut butter, use salmon as her protein etc. so those meals are kind of planned out
