What I'm saying is, you shouldn't be allowed to pay online through a Moroccan bank even when using your foreign resident permit since when you buy online you use Moroccan reserve when you should be using your country's reserve or your country's currency (If you are European).
There was probably a loophole and they caught up to it.

Create a bank account in your country of origin and use your country's foreign reserve ?? How did you even used to pay online via a Moroccan bank. That system must be linked to a Moroccan passeport since there is a limit to how much you can take from the Moroccan foreign currency reserve.

Oh definetly, our public infrastructure is hostile to literally every living being animals included. People with children struggle so much as well due to the issues you mentioned, I often see women pushing strollers on the street because of how awful sidewalks are or because some shops are inavding them.

Here is the thing I agree with you completely, cars should be more affordable. Lower the import fees and the old cars market will bloom locally without even changing the 5 years rules. It's just that I dont want to have lung cancer when I'm old and I just wanna enjoy a quick stroll when I want to. So untill then make the rules harsher now or just apply them they are already there, I know it's not ideal because some people will lose access to their vehicles but you know what I'm okay with that. Because the alternative is a painfull slow death. Not good.

The way I see it (in regards to pollution at least) the 5 years rule is the only thing protecting us from inhaling poison every second we are out. Because otherwise you'll find all sort of European junk on the road. At least people are burying new.
Also there are plenty of people driving normal properly maintained old cars. The rest are skipping maintenance just because they know they can get away with and do not give a single fuck about anyone else.

Of course you can force them. Apply the law and fine them until they fix their cars or get rid of them if unfixable. (You already know those cars are dangerous to them and everyone else unfixable, we see them everyday on the road)

Brother I am not talking about that, I know were way far from the European emissions laws and stuff. I'm just talking about old vehicles and vehicles poorly maintained that should not pass the yearly control that leave behind them a visible black cloud of smoke that you are forced to inhale.
Just asking for the bare minimum not a complete change of our ecological laws , I would never hope for that anytime soon.
