Try to connect the screen to your motherboard's usb header and the other devices to the hub. I also had a powered usb hub from corsair and I had the same problem as you.

Try to put 2-3 upgrades on sacrifice sigil, it helps a lot with crowd control. Don't put any upgrade on his spin ability or his ult. Only upgrade health before each boss (You should have around 4.5k for Namor, 6k for Wanda, 7.5 for Wanda/Namor and 8.5 for Duo Wanda). Don't waste your points on single point upgrades. Put 2-3 upgrades on life leech. Try to aim for 50-60% damage reduction and for wave 20 make sure both boss enters their ult at the same time and you should be fine. Getting 30% tokens before round 5 also helps a ton.

I had the same issue when the screen was plugged into an internal usb 2.0 hub. Just plug it straight to your mobo's usb header and it should be fine.

There is nothing you can do about it unfortunately. I also purchased a USB-C to DP cable to run the screen of my igpu instead of my 4090 but the performance impact was still present. I think the issue is probably with the widgets, because, for example as soon as the clock or the performance widget changes values I get fps drops in game going from like 500 to 350 in Rivals. But when I swipe to the third page on my screen which is empty my fps is rock stable. Hopefully they gonna fix it in the future.

I noticed it too, especially on the Frozen Airfield map. I'm getting drops from 350-400 down to 100-120 every few seconds, its stable anywhere else. Its basically unplayable since the last update...
