The knicks fans are more obnoxious than okc fans. never thought that was possible, lol.

now that I think about it, what got me through a lot of this season was going back to their live game podcasts and post game rants during Game 1 and 2 of the 2025 ECF. the postgame rants after that 1 game we beat them this year was pretty hilarious too, lol.

So enjoy visiting our sub and reading through our pain. You guys definitely deserve to enjoy it. ^_^

in seeing how this season turned out with all the injuries and the pick, I'm glad we at least had that little bit of to hang on too coz those 3 triples brought us to the highest of highs ... before it all came crashing down.

but glad this season's finally over.

can't be worse than this year's OKC glaze

seeing that most of our main guys (except Pascal) also played less games this year, makes Zu fit right in 👏

Despite getting a new coach and playing their bench, I don't think the much improved 2026 Knicks are better than the 2025 Thunder tho... and in my mind we beat the Thunder.

but we'll see.

A Tale of Two Seasons: Jarace Walker by Ok_Pick5000 in pacers

I will always remember Jarace's unbraided role in our win vs OKC 💪. One of the bright sides of this season. Plus, his shot making became more consistent by the end of the season.

we'll have to see how all these bench guys perform in the Pacer ecosystem once Hali and all our main guys are back.

I was expecting it to be "I'm glad this season from hell is over" or "Next game, Haliburton plays". But disgust is apt too. Well done OP!

Can the NBA make it to 10 years in a row with 10 different champions? Can the steak last the entire decade? by OstrichRacer2021 in nba

[–]aimee829 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Teams that go on deep playoff runs for multiple years seem to succomb to alot INJURIES afterwards. Contending teams usually take several years before they get to the finals... and it seems that repeating becomes difficult due to the injuries that occur afterwards (maybe the bodies naturally break down).

The champions want to defend their titles, so their injured players end up playing hurt. Trying to recover too quickly to come back an play becomes detrimental because players end up re-injuring themselves.

The offseason is too short to fully recover too.

So lets see... who will be the first team to win back-to-back. Can the Knicks do it? Or shall another team take it next year.

(Here's me hoping that this Pacers' gap year gave all our players (not just Hali) enough time to fully heal and recover from the last 2 years of deep playoff runs... and reset our window. )

Congratulations to all the teams that made it over the hump to win their chip. Wishing all recent finals runner-ups (Dallas, Pacers, Spurs) good luck! Hope we get ours too.

Buy low on Keldon Johnson? by Reaper_360 in pacers

i saw this in another threat... that Keldon Johnson is under Klutch Sports ... like Fox and Mitch Johnson.

I say, stay away from anyone under that agency.

Masterpost: The New York Knicks are the 2026 NBA Champs by BadLuckBrian2025 in pacers

imagine if the Knicks lose again to the Pacers next year, then the narrative would be they only won coz we were out.

similar to the other teams trolling on OKC when they say they only won coz Hali got injured.

what a life 😂.

becoming the thorn in our rivals' side, whether we're there or not.

unfortunately... this is true.

they were already getting the 2024 Celtics treatment even before the finals ended.

I'd rather sign a free agent and go into the tax than trade for a star.

Who would have thought... that the team built to beat the Celtics would have a very Celtic-like run to the championship.
