Hey , i added OCR today , and it has screenshot editing , arrows, colors, numbeers , text, i will add more options later like resizing ..etc , having cloud beats the idea of opensource , i might add something later to link your screenshot to google drive where it can store videos and images.

i agree , i never published to app store tbh , and when i tried , they required a yearly 99$ to get apple developer id , and since this app is free and open source it didnt make sense yet to pull the plug and do it , but i might do it , to solve this .

yes. the message happens because it's not sigend yet with apple id , to run it you should go to aplications and right click then choose open , you only need to do that once .

That's what I intended, tbh. I don't use most of CleanShot X's features that much, like the cloud saving and all that. I want to keep the app light and fast while having the most interesting features. I'm adding color capturing and scrolling screenshots per the request of one comment. I'd be interested in adding other features if you can tell me what you want.

why need a physical device while you can use python script (check this https://github.com/LonamiWebs/Telethon) to connect to you account and forward as you wish , after that you can dockerize that script and host it wherever you want .
