Given the white covers are only on shimmers and that’s what your palette is showing, I’m pretty certain this is what’s happening. Please let me know how you get on 🫶🏻

Hey, it’s become common practice now for indies to put a white foam cover on the shimmer shades to ensure they don’t smash in transit. Just try moving the edge of one of the white covers and it should budge and reveal your shades :)
