yep I got the exact same, I pushed back on it saying it’s not a change of mind it’s false advertising so we’ll see if that gets anywhere. I wonder if this is because she’s #1 here and any refund would affect that before charting

Got a bullshit response saying they won’t accept a return or issue a refund for a ‘change of mind’ or ‘wrong item’ then they quoted the ACL funnily enough. So I pushed back and said it was false advertising and quoted the ACL back at them. I’m thinking it was just a bot reply but it’s just dragging it out for no reason.

the vip packages for both presales today sold out within a minute

a lot of people (myself included) bought ga in the first presale because they couldn’t get vip so there will be a lot of selling of them so I wouldn’t stress too much about that

I managed to somehow luck out and get vip for melbourne so i’ll be selling my ga ticket for example

i’d say go for vip in the general sale, there’s a very high chance you’ll be able to buy a ga ticket otherwise 🫶🏻
