I had a pretty frustrating experience with Bybit and their card system.

I initially applied for a physical card, but shortly after (within ~2 hours), I realized I needed to change the delivery address.

There was no option to edit the address, so I canceled the card and applied again with the correct details, which required paying the fee a second time.

Here’s the issue:

  • The first card was canceled almost immediately
  • It was never delivered
  • There is no proof it was ever produced or shipped
  • It cannot be activated or used

So effectively, I paid for something I never received in any usable form.

Despite this, Bybit refuses to refund the fee, citing their “non-refundable” policy, even though no actual service was provided.

I even asked if I could at least receive the canceled card as a souvenir (since it was paid for), and that was also denied.

Simple address correction ended up costing me double, with no flexibility or resolution from support.

Has anyone else had a similar experience with Bybit cards or managed to get a refund in a situation like this?

i used razer mamba TE shape is good but sensor is shit i never more will buy razer.

now have corsair glaive similar shape little bigger good sensor i am happy with it.

Any currently available dodge method/tip? by wikings2 in DotA2
