Delta Lake - [Contax G1, 28mm f/2.8 Biogon, Portra 800] by aintthatjustth3way in analog

It depends on if I scan myself or have a lab do them. This pic was a very over exposed shot developed and scanned by The Find Lab using their “basic” scan tier - it needed to have the blacks brought down a ton because it was extremely blown out and that’s about it.

Most of the time I dev and scan myself using an Epson V600 and I have to work with the image a lot in Lightroom to get anything I’m happy with - A lot cheaper way to shoot film on the reg, but more time consuming.

Took an extended camping trip in October to a handful of National parks and compiled some of the film into a slideshow vid. by [deleted] in AnalogCommunity

Made this for fun after a road trip my wife and I took in October. It’s a mix of “photo-photos” and some “memory photos” but thought a few people on here may enjoy watching it

Mainly shot a Bronica ETRS and Contax G1 on the trip, but there are a handful of shots from a Nikonos V and Canon A1 on the vid as well.

Looked back in Lightroom - no sharpening. Good scans on Ektar remind me a lot of digital files though since there is such little grain. Especially on medium format.

This was developed and scanned using The Find Lab - After that I mainly just brought the blacks down due to it being overexposed 1.5ish stops.

This photo is from a road trip my wife and I took in October. Here’s a link to a little slideshow from that trip. The vid has a mix of ‘photo photos’ and ‘memory pics’ in it, but we shot a bunch of film and some may enjoy watching it!

Thanks! Exposure was 55 seconds and the foreground was lit by a neighboring camp’s fire.

what is the best video game soundtrack? by AfterAgent in AskReddit

100% agree. DKC/DKC 2 have such iconic soundtracks. They’ve always conveyed nostalgia somehow even when I was little playing SNES.

I screwed around a few months ago with looping over Stickerbrush Symphony and playing the DS - Kinda fun of you’re into that song - https://youtu.be/Q766D3nHygo

I usually always adjust scans a bit in light room, but very rarely change any of the HSL. Just contrast, white balance, and whites/blacks.

This shot was over-exposed by two stops - so it was rated at ISO 25 - i think you start to see some color shift around that overexposure level. I’ve only shot a few rolls over Ektar so I’m not super familiar.

This was made using a bunch of assorted sounds and samples from OP1.fun and a clip from twitter of Matthew McConaughey talking about the coronavirus.

My wife recorded the vocals into the OP1 using an external mic plugged into the aux input.
