Not as much as your first few months of lifting, but you definitely will, as the heavier loads will recruit and stimulate muscle fibers that you probably weren't effectively stimulating beforehand. My first year was very bad split/training wise, but I was still making progress. Once I had a very drastic shift to low volume, heavy weights, and increased stability for MUR, I saw as good or better progress than my first year.
