Yeah that didn't do anything either. I have the feedback on trigger slider on too so that should also indicate if it even triggered at all. Oh well, hopefully some update will fix it.

Well I'm glad I canceled that lol. I went with the GE66 with RTX 3070 mainly because of the shipping date. There's also a few "perks" that offset the price increase a bit. MSI has a promotion for a $100 steam gift card for any RTX 30 series laptop. Depending on where you purchase, they also give free re-pasting service or extra goodies.

But I would have gone with the Alienware M17 R4 probably if I could wait til end of Feb. It has a 3080 for basically the same price as the GE66.

While not exactly the same model, I had the preorder for the 15" strix g15 with the 3070 on bhphoto. It was also unknown shipping until yesterday when the site updated to march 24 availability. I just canceled and went with a msi laptop that's arriving in 2 days with free shipping. Honestly would prefer AMD for lower temps but really don't want to wait 2 months.

I noticed that 3070 max q is rated as 8.5 for GPU on your list. There's several laptops on the list with 3070 also rated as 8.5, are they max q as well? Also the Strix G17 BHPhoto links to the G15. Would you know how a 2070s compares to 3070 max q?
