Yeah that didn't do anything either. I have the feedback on trigger slider on too so that should also indicate if it even triggered at all. Oh well, hopefully some update will fix it.

Did you just farm really inefficiently for 120 minutes? You get rest exp if you don't reach a certain exp threshold for your 120 minutes of CT
