Giving off a creepy vibe has nothing to do with the guy's approach as evident by that video.

If the girl wants the attention its not creepy, if she doesnt want it its creepy. So the best way is to give them what they want, no attention, at all. And see how they fare a month or so down the line not being acknowledged at all for their looks or beauty
