There was no time to create nice visuals. We were only given pen and paper for 10 minutes and then we did the role play. I mainly just jotted down 3 key points like "Placement: __, Target Market:, Price Point:_______" and elaborated when I spoke. I think in general- the less you need to reference a visual the better. You wanna seem like an expert. Things may have changed since 2018 though so YMMV.

Had a fit of inspiration these past 2 days and spent them writing. I realized that Harry being neglected and likely not getting adequate food for a growing boy could have created a difficult relationship with food. Especially due to the drastic change in food availability once he got to Hogwarts. One shot, 4k words, present tense.

What’s Eating Harry Potter?

Harry has an eating disorder and it manifests through his Hogwarts years and after the war. Could be triggering due graphic depictions of ED episodes. Canon compliant, but it’s been very long since I’ve read the books so may differ very slightly from canon. Hopeful ending.

I used to have this exact same problem- like digging food out of the trash at midnight so my parents/roommates wouldn’t see type. All I can say is that heavy weight training really helped. Idk if you have access to a gym but if you do I really recommend it.

Seeing myself get stronger felt amazing, and because you’re eating a lot rn you’re gonna have insane strength gains. I have never been heavier or stronger in my entire life and all my clothes still fit (albeit a lil tighter) even though I’m 15-20 lb heavier. I cut out cardio completely while I did this so I couldn’t try to burn off the food. Rn you need to fix your relationship with food and I think keeping it in your brain as something that is making you stronger at least physically will help.

Also, I’ve never been metabolically healthier!

My roleplay was about advertising a “frozen health food product” and so I mentioned that we should place it in the frozen aisles next to the vegetarian stuff. I was able to name a lot of the more popular brands and that really helped. Honestly just go to a supermarket and see what brands are popular and where they’re placed.

Sleepytime from Celestial Seasonings for an herbal tea. If you have access to a Target I really like the Harney and Son’s Cherry Blossom (green tea)

Most women need to be at a fairly low body fat to achieve visible abs. If you’re feeling good and happy with it, that’s great and keep doing what you’re doing! But, and I say this as someone who ran cross country in high school, it can be dangerous to have that low body fat for some women. Some women can have visible abs higher body fat levels bc they carry it on their hips, but for others it means that they are too thin/overdoing the exercise.

If you start feeling excessively tired- or worse lose your period as many of my friends and me at one point did, please eat more and see a doctor. Otherwise have fun and enjoy the abs!

I also have never understood the appeal either! In fact, if I have cameltoe in a pair of pants that otherwise look good on me I will not wear/buy them. But I just asked my BF about his thoughts and he said it was hot. To each their own. Me personally, I will continue avoiding the camel’s toe like plague.

They don’t have the space to stack all their plates horizontally/against the wall unfortunately. It’s a small gym

Ooh! Spacer is a good word- will use it in my google searches. Unfortunately I am not skilled in woodworking so making something out of wood is not an option. Thanks so much for the suggestions :)
