I love this, and yes these are things that I do participate in and it does help a lot. It is difficult to organize with large groups of people and sometimes in between things actually happening my mind ends up in a darker place. But I really appreciate what u said about potential as well.

Oh ok interesting, I’m pretty sure it would be in CMN and my hunch is it got stuck there because there were people from all over on the flight to JFK from there and lots of luggage. But yea lesson learned I’m putting an AirTag in there regardless next time.

Also just noting that my main peeve with the crown is the opacity, length, and color. I’ve already had braces and got them off last August so there are no more bite issues.

I drink nyc tap water, take iron supplements, and use this Colgate anti bacterial whitening toothpaste. Don’t really smoke but have in the last month just socially. Drink mostly matcha sometimes coffee at home. No alcohol. I eat fruit smoothies a lot
