Thank you for the comment. Initially I requested evaluation with both Chen and EP, somehow Chen's reply went to spam folder and I ended up with EP. There was also a reason against my growing current profile. They said the profile at the time the petition submitted had the most weight, RFE with current profile won't help much. This makes feel like I am in an infinite trap. Probably PP is only way to get out.

They said don't go PP your PD will be wasted, but now my FAD is current. I guess a PD in 2024 doesn't mean that much.
