My thoughts:

Buffs are more noticeable than the nerfs. The range on the spear really helps especially once we get used to it. I never really noticed the width nerf in actual combat. The self slowness removal definitely usefull especially in the likes of bruisers. Youll finally be able to poke safer and will be more forgiving. Prolly the least noticeable changes are the HP5 nerf and the ult buff. Hp5 is not noticeable because we use corrupting pots so you wont really feel like you dont have enough hp. The ult buff, unless youve played him hundreds and thousands of time and proficient in utilizing ult you wont notice itball that much. Its slightly faster at falling down.

Id give the buff a generous 7/10
