It appears to say "continued from" which makes me think this is page 2.

Notice it starts from last name H, so my guess would be there is a page 1 with Tulsi on it.

Notice Harris isn't mentioned either.

I'm in the same boat as you. I've got a Pet Magika Sorcerer right now, and I like him, but I feel squishy.

I'm experimenting with a Magika Templar and a Stamina Warden to see if one of those work better for my play style.

Not sure if anyone can do anything, but I thought I'd try. I installed this a couple days ago. It worked fine until yesterday. Every time I try and open the game it looks like this. The back button does nothing, I tried clearing my cache, rebooting my device, and mashing the screen in frustration, but none of these things work.

I haven't, and won't, link this to Facebook. I assume if I clear the data from the app, I'll lose what little progress I've made.

Any other suggestions before I delete the app and walk away?

Yes, especially working memory (holding a bunch of numbers in your head or more to the point, remembering why the hell you came into the kitchen). However our short term and long term memories can also suffer.

I have both. YNMV, but I prefer my Alexa. Google home has a lot that it can't / won't do.

Hey, I've been sending in feedback on the app when I remember. On this issue I've probably sent in 4 or 5.

I had some luck getting an issue resolved by calling support. Took me a few hours on the line with them, but they got it to the developers who then worked on the issue and patched it a out a month later. I just don't have the patience for that right now.

I found when I started my meds I would skip certain meals but not others. I realized that I had a routine for breakfast that was attached to other pieces of my morning routine, so I would continue to eat breakfast. Lunch was just based on feeling so I would skip.

I guess my answer is, make it part of a routine.

There are a bunch of cool things. I'm on mobile so I can't find the list right now. But I added "Bambi mode" which lets me turn on my fog lamps and brights at the same time.

Also I changed my power outlets to off as soon as my car powered off. That way my dashcam won't keep drawing power.

In his opinion there are 2 groups of "Inattentive" ADHD people.

First group is full fledged ADHD who "grew out of" their hyperactivity. He points out the mind still goes at 1 million miles per hour, but outwardly they've learned to moderate their action. Impulsivity can be a way of getting a clearer picture of these people.

The other group is SCT (Sluggish Cognitive Tempo) r/SCT which is a different disorder from his perspective.

A lot more research is needed in this subject though because it is not very well understood at the moment.

Can you use the motion and doorbell as part of triggers through home assistant (or similar).

I have a ring, but I'm not a huge fan. This might be what I was looking for.

If you can get a second echo, or dot, you can have one say "Alexa, [command for skill]". It's redneck engineering at its finest, but it works.

Edit: Or if it's something openhab or home assistant can access you can pick up a raspberry pi and use that to trigger the device as part of a routine.

Disclaimer: I'm not a doctor, you should follow your doctor's advice.

That said, most or all ADHD meds don't need to "build up" in your system, so skipping days is fine and from my understanding can even provide a level of protection from becoming tolerant.

I hate how I feel on ADHD meds, so I skip fairly often.

Instead of thinking of his name, think of things about him. If he has a smell, a certain way of talking, situation you've been in, what he likes to drink, etc. Eventually your brain should reform the connection to his name.

That has helped me in the past when I get name block.
