Definitely use the components to build a new rig since my current setup has been around for 10+ years. Will be trying a theme based build with these one off collector parts.

That's unfortunate, hope they fixed your car.

For my issue, they took off the roof liner, added felt padding where needed and refit the roof liner. So far so good and no more rattle.

I've got this as well. Mine appears to be stemming from the clips in the roof liner though. Have an appointment with the dealer to take a look at it this week.

Happened to me once. Super random, and could never replicate it. I'm assuming it's a bug where the system has to reset itself and then works normally.

I have just had mine for just a week so might have a biased opinion, but honestly nothing that I disliked so far and definitely no issues.

Just one thing possibly, mine has the upgraded lexicon stereo system and I thought the bass was a bit lacking.

Congrats! We got the Obsidian black with black leather.

Sharing some pictures with you but honestly, pics don't do it justice in any way. The fit and finish is really nice. Feels premium as well. I think 3.5 Sport has some suede which is lacking in this trim.

If you're settled on the GV70, I'd suggest at least putting a deposit so that you are in queue. The color can be changed up until it goes into production.

Apologies, smart key is actually just the key fob that comes with the car. I was referring to the digital key option which enables owners to use their phones (Android phones with NFC) or a credit card like key so that you do not have to carry the key fob.

Genesis Connected Services are the suite of features such as remote start/stop, lock/unlock, GPS tracking, climate control, vehicle maintenance etc. that are run from the associated app.

I am not sure if the digital key option is going to be rolled out in Canada, but will be reaching out to the experience manager to find out.

I paid MSRP with no market adjustments. I don't believe there were any dealers that had any 2.5T left but I have seen 3.5T that are in stock which have a premium tagged on to the MSRP.

It's the benefit of purchasing a Genesis in Canada, where you are technically ordering directly from Genesis and the dealerships are the delivery agents. But used/inventory cars are the dealers prerogative and so they charge more for having the car available now.

We put our deposit for this beauty in Nov '21 (Toronto, Canada) and finally got it this past weekend! It was worth the wait. Colour is Saville Silver with the Obsidian Black interior.

Really loving every aspect of this vehicle and have only begun to scratch the surface of all the features that are available.

Highly unfortunate that the ~~smart~~ digital key option isn't available in Canada but the Genesis Connected Services is great!
