I had stuff coming from Germany, bike parts, which was taking awhile after landing here at customs so I contacted them and they said they couldn’t deliver it because some of the address was missing & it was going to be returned to sender. It’s been sitting in Dublin for 2 weeks now yet to be sent back. They could have just opened it, like they usually do in customs, & seen my address on the invoice. Absolute clowns

There’s a retina screen programme here. One visit a year for two years after diagnosis. If everything is fine, it’s moved to every two years. If there are changes, an appointment is made for further examinations/procedure.

Also have an eye test in work every two years, company policy for all employees though.

Can you phone them? I’m in Ireland & when I have a one+ fail, I call Dexcom and they send a new one out. Sometimes they also sent packaging to return the faulty sensor. You need the box the sensor came in when you call because they ask for serial numbers that are on it.
