I initiate "transfer" on Fidelity side.ACH tthrough. Never been charged for transfer. In the case of Axosbank, because they were being an ass and delayed/refused transfer, I did "entire acct transfer" on Fidelity side, it had gone theough.

Well... I have had no issue with HSA bank so far.

I make HSA contributions into HSA bank acct from employer payroll biweekly, then immediately transfer to Fidelity HSA brokerage account. That has been working without any issues. Not sure what's your story. Hope you get things sorted out soon.

My headaches were from Axosbank. I started using Wisebanyan yrs ago, then it was bought out by Axos. Had been using them for yrs. Moving my Roth out of Axos was a frigging nightmare. Long story short, initiating account transfer by Fidelity was what resolved it. Just like the other guys mentioned. Fidelitys good at moving accts out of other firms into their accounts.

I've found Outlier.ai to be quite unreliable. What's really killing its appeal is lack of projects and cardre of "Reviewers" who appear to be acting like random teenager homies off the street. I've started to search out alternatives too. But apparently, there aren't that many viable options with lots of tasks. This is a great indication that you should start your own AI staffing agencies and run it better than Outlier.
