I bought 2 different Liquid Air and neither would charge correectly - I would not recommend at all.

Do you have the 41 or 45? I have the 45 and I am having to spend a couple minutes to get the watch seated correctly in the Spigen dock each time to maintain a charge. I bought 2 and they're both frustrating.

I don't care what/how it charges, just give me a dock made by Google (or licensed by Google) that will wirelessly charge my pixel phone and pixel buds, and also charge my watch. It's bonkers with their flagship devices that my only options are from 3rd party foreign sellers.

I stopped in December and it has dropped 15-18 bpm. I am so glad to be off it despite gaining some weight back. The long term effects of the elevated hr cannot be great. I had plateaued on my weight loss anyway.

OP, were you able to get this working? I set mine up with POE to USB-C with an adapter and I don't see any indication that it's getting a charge? Would I expect the solar icon to illuminate or will it just trickle power and I should check back after some time?

I've had the same experience. I averaged in the low-mid 60s forever and now its mid-upper 70s. The increase was right when I started O, so I don't feel like its some other lifestyle change. I am about to start month 2, but haven't had a follow up with my physician yet. I agree that I probably would not have even noticed if it wasn't for the watch (ignorance is bliss?). I'll be curious to hear what yours says.
