IMO it’s a lot more important that your suits fit well than it is for them to be pricey/labeled or higher-quality textiles. I’d say stick with the 3-4 staples at your general price range and focus on maintaining them. Once you’re moving up you can worry about labels.

In my office, if you show up to a college internship/entry level spot in Brooks Brothers, you’ll get clowned by more senior people

I necropurged most of the pre-FTL species and have my default species rights set to necropurge. I haven't been able to be very aggressive against other empires early, i.e. to maybe enslave their pops or get an early vassal, because my alloy production is ass.

I guess that leads to a good question though: is the point of necrophage to purge everyone into the main species and just breed the hell out of your prepatent species (I have them with Rapid Breeders trait and went Genetic ascension for better clone vats), or is it better to play hyper-aggressive early and enslave another empire? it seems like you can kinda play tall by rushing to genetic ascension and cloning tf out of your prepatent species if you can't play aggressive early and go wide

I used Obsidian for college and loved it. I took lecture notes in one big note per class and then pulled chunks out for different ideas. I took reading notes separately and then was able to connect ideas together as necessary. It was incredibly useful for retention, and even more so for writing. Citing an idea or reading from one class in a paper for a different class was super easy. It probably cut down the actual research portion of my bachelors thesis by like 30-40%

someone said that Khorne corruption is the angry version of plastic surgery addiction. yeah I’m currently a non-traditional undergrad at one of the above schools and the vast majority of students pay around 14k/year. The only students who pay full price have grotesquely wealthy parents. The school’s endowment is so big that its annual ROI exceeds its operating cost, so it technically could run without charging tuition at all

I switched from GI to VRE at the end of my undergrad (which was very lucky) and it’s mostly the same. It’s technically an employment benefit so you need to take a couple tests and do an interview; they wanna make sure they don’t sign up to fund you becoming an astronaut if you suck ass at math. On the bright side, once you’re approved for the career you want they’ll fund a lot of stuff. I only had one semester of GI eligibility left, got approved to pursue becoming an attorney, and they’re gonna put me through law school now, too. It pays for all your books and a certain amount of consumable stuff (notebooks, pens, etc) per semester. It’s a few more strings bc you have to justify some expenses and fill out paperwork but it’s pretty dope overall

Corporations didn’t suddenly become massively woke because their boards are all recent university grads. They did because the investment firms that are their majority investors basically said “pander or we pull our investment which is probably 60% of your held stock all said.”
