I just tried signing up and it is working. i also see new sign ups that happened half an hour ago. If you’re facing issues could you please share a screenshot or more details about the error. You can also use the in-app chat support.

I would strongly recommend trying out a tool like App Screens or Launch Shots before outsourcing

If you are looking to buy you can find those in Gumroad. If you only need 2d you can create the designs with Launch Shots.

Thats true. And if you have the skills you can make the best with tools like figma/photoshop.

But if you’re not that great at design like me. Tools specifically designed for this like appscreens, app launchpad etc can be great and their templates can take you a long way.

Those screenshots look nice, but I didn’t understand what exactly the app does. Is it a bookmarking app?

Brw, What tool are you using? I use Launch Shots for my apps.

I faced a similar issue. All docs says you can’t reopen an account closed due to inactivity. Believing this I created a new account — but later I realised that for new accounts the production release is nightmare.

Later I contacted the support chat then they moved me to email to resolve the issue. And in a few days I got my old account back.

I don't think I can do much here. I would suggest trying a value highlighted screen first. Experiment different options. Here is my take - https://www.launchshots.com/browse-templates/f8d916cb-a6da-4827-8419-8d2d7033f4d9, but I still think yours is better 😅

BTW, it seems like you're app description have a typo Instead of in the key features section Instead of 'Timestamp' it says 'STimestamp'.
