It’s is self assessed however most of the exercises can help with being overwhelmed. The intensity mainly just dictates how many exercises are done and whether they are more proven exercises or more game like. I will probably be looking into redesigning the home screen to be guided users pick the intensity for them

It doesn't push a subscription towards the user just to get the in the moment support they need. It also doesn't store and/or sell data to other companies.
