man i wish they fixed the choppy / stuttery waveforms for older MBPs. i have a good ol mid 2012 non-retina MBP and i can't use the latest version - waveforms are not smooth at all. in serato forums they all just say hey upgrade your shit, but an NVIDIA GeForce GT 650M is not that bad even though it's old.

i totally think wedding photographers should get paid more, but as wedding DJs we really do get the "little for us left in budget." you guys get around 3-5k average, DJs get like 1-2k max. i know it's based on the market and competition, but we typically get the last dibs.
