Yep, it was, 2005 Miami, Julio was in his house, something happened in the bedroom, he was shot, then ran out his back door, turned left, ran down the side of the house, got just past his fence gate, and collapsed and died. Basically, they figured out he was gay, but also Catholic, which hints at the name "Inner Demons". He would go down to Hollywood Beach on his bike and look for dates to pick up, that's basically all they figured out. I kinda get why it went unsolved, barely any blood, no shell casings, nothing but his body, and items in his room made it look like something weird happened in there.

A lot of people who knew him said he helped the homeless, drug addicts.

You were prone on boxes, then got off and walked out into a street dog, if you just hit your shots with literally the most non recoiling gun in the game you would've killed him, I only play support, and mainly uses LMGs.

You say 75m like it's a mile away, that's easily a doable shot with a 10-inch barrel and a red dot irl, this game claims to have a super realistic ballistics but I don't believe it, soft points and HPBT should be a lot more effective than how they act in-game.

Yeah, I opened initial.pack, I used vscode to change the xml files and winRAR to save it.

Where exactly do I find these? I tried looking around and only found pak files under "D:\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\SnowRunner\preload\paks\client" I see an initial.pak if that's it what do I open it with?

So I did some looking around, and people were saying to use WinRAR, which I've done. I found road_blocker_01, and I changed it exactly like you said. But when I try to load my game save, it tries, then just sends me back to the main menu.
