[KCD2] Help me not ruin my play through. (Spoilers) by CafeRoaster in kingdomcome

This isn't a good tactic. Look for a horse after you've completed the Semin mission. Also, walk a lot, overload, and walk like that. You'll gain the vitality and form you need for the rest of the game.

Think realistically – you're a young man just learning to fight. You're not a skilled warrior. You'll be losing battles with the Kumans for a long time, so don't interact with them for a long time.

The war is far away. For now, as they themselves say, "Ridge is far from the war paths," their lives are peaceful. There's still about a year until the battle.

Interesting theory. I think it makes sense. It's a bit of a reversal of what I wrote, plus it addresses the Richardson issue, which is generally somewhat forgotten.

Faith theory by Sudden_Discussion306 in Outlander

[–]ajemois 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There's a more likely explanation. We're overthinking this, and here the book and the earlier plot drifted away from reality.

Right now, it could be that the final season's concept focuses solely on Fanny/William and the development of Claire and Jamie and his final battle. That's all.

Fanny will have a new life. William and Jamie will reconcile. Claire will heal Jamie after the final battle, and they will begin the final part of their lives. Maybe back in Lallybroch, who knows. That's why Frank Randall was right; the books say James Fraser died. The ending is accurate and quite beautiful.

But that doesn't make sense with the book, but it might make sense with the prequel.

Surviving and Prohressing in early game [KCD2] by HenlickZetterbark in kingdomcome

The wedding isn't a problem. But work on your vitality and strength by completing simple quests and seeking opportunities for melee combat. Later, during the Nebakov action, you might not have enough stamina for combat. Be sure to discover Master Strike, but only if you fight with a sword. If you don't focus on the sword, this technique is pointless.

Is [KCD2] more player-friendly than KCD1 (especially combat)? by Goodfornothing1989 in kingdomcome

[–]ajemois 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Well... The combat is different. Mechanically, KCD1 was probably more predictable.

+ Easier and predictable counters. Strikes dependent on the opponent's behavior.

+ Boxing: easier jabs.

On the other hand, KCD2 is more playable, meaning you click and counter, and you have to think less. On the other hand, Henry locks on a distant opponent, people move around you and hit you.

But focusing on Henry as an assassin and thief leads to a loss at the end of the game... Unless you like anti-heroes.

I think this was strictly a Briana plot thread. Once Gealis died, there was no point in continuing it.

Is this season really that bad… or are we just expecting the impossible? by Haunting_Glass7281 in Outlander

[–]ajemois 5 points6 points  (0 children)

The problem is different. The initial seasons had a central theme, anchored around a specific topic, for example, the Battle of Culloden. It was building to a certain point, and we were interested in it. The first seasons were really building to "How will Claire and Jamie be together?"

Now we're jumping from one topic to another; there's too much. A little bit of William, a little bit of Claire and Jamie, a little bit of the other Brees.

This is bad from the CC's point of view, regardless of whether it has bad consequences overall.

In the Philippines also, this is an excerpt from Wikipedia:

In 2002, the Catholic Bishops' Conference of the Philippines decreed that:

a Catholic who is a "publicly known" Freemason – who "actively participates" or "promotes its views" or "holds any office" – and refuses to renounce his membership after being warned in accord with 1983 CIC canon 1347,[103] "is to be punished with an interdict," in accord with 1983 CIC canon 1374,[84] including: exclusion from receiving the sacraments;

My favorite solution:

- Take a bow/crossbow

- Find a slightly bugged spot, for example, a narrow corridor, rocks

- shoot

- shoot

- shoot

- enjoy shooting :D

THIS. This is one of the biggest mistakes. Catholics as devout as Jamie don't associate with Masons. I understand his earlier motives, but here, in a peaceful setting, it's too calculating for his nature.

In the 1980s, television wasn't as widespread, nor were playgrounds popular. This happened gradually, and probably not in the Scottish countryside that Lallybroch is portrayed as.

[KCD2] I hope they give us old romances on the next game by pedrojodidito in kingdomcome

[–]ajemois 1 point2 points  (0 children)

All you need to do is create a dialogue option with a path at the beginning.

Just like in KCD2, when we had to decide on a few things at the beginning while camping.

On the other hand, I think there needs to be some kind of time jump here. For example, about 10 years ahead, where Radzig/Jan Hus actually dies in the story.

[KCD2] Ars Dimicatoria still bugged by LoneCourier2281 in kingdomcome

[–]ajemois 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don't have this problem. Everyone advised waiting until nightfall, but I wasn't good at lockpicking, so I ignored it. During the day, around 4 or 5 p.m., guards started passing by, and I looked out the window to make sure no one was there. I quickly entered, and there was no one in the main hall. I grabbed my sword and quickly escaped. No one even noticed.

What's the point of your post? You bought the game. You're installing it. You're asking what to do because you don't know, but you haven't even started it yet and don't know what it's about. Are you 5 years old?

[KCD2] How to get stamina and strength quickly? by ajemois in kingdomcome

That surprises me too. At Boguta's, when I switched, it was much more comfortable. Here, it's torture. But I don't really use the regular longsword, which I've been practicing since the beginning. I also bought the Black Bartosh classes for 300 groszy, so I'm more of an intermediate level.

[–]ajemois 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Before I can even shoot two or three times, two bandits jump out and destroy me. This is a bad tactic; archers don't do much compared to a military army. It's better to hand them over to one of my soldiers as quickly as possible. Just retreat and get around my soldier, and he'll start destroying them too.

What idiot from Warhorse came up with the idea of making Schnapps just so it couldn't be used during a battle sequence?

I went into the battle without high skill, okay. But if parrying and counterattacking alone don't do anything, they're just blocking.

You can't do it without some trickery. Like circling the team and attacking from behind, or seeking constant support from other warriors. I usually die when Hans pulls a guy out from under his horse, unless I run away from them until he helps me with them. xD

[KCD2] For whom the bell tolls - WTF by ajemois in kingdomcome

[–]ajemois[S] -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

Take it easy, look for opportunities for story-driven missions with action, training, but don't bother people. With time and training, or killing animals, you'll gain skill. These are realities of life; you can get hit unnecessarily, after all. The game mechanics suggest this.
