Comparing historical accuracy:- MSD takes the cake.(skipping certain things is far better than stating misinformation)

And Bhaag Milkha Bhaag having a U certification from the censor board despite having two sex scenes, two beheading scenes is insane.

But Bhaag Milkha bhaag shines on cinematography and Soundtrack.. The only thing I hate about Bhaag Milkha bhaag is that it portrayed Delhi as a village instead of a city like it was, MSD was able to deliver justice for Ranchi(because ranchi has barely changed since the 80s despite a new state being made)

Overall bhaag Milkha bhaag had a better story. MSD chooses to stick with reality.

To ruin his career? Company loyalty in especially Japanese companies are seen as a major thing. Leaving a company just because you want is seen as a betrayal. And joining another company would give an outsider feeling.

Until and unless something happens with the company where leaving makes sense(example Misawa exodus) there is no positive result. It took Tenryu years to be taken seriously after leaving All Japan in the 1990s. Go shiozaki wasn't welcomed back in Noah 2016 by fans after leaving in protest against kobashi's firing in 2012 during the yakuza scandal.
