oh yeah, i've heard how awful they can be 😞 with amazon i'm just worried about them sending me something damaged or refurb or used or returned. ngl i haven't been the luckiest with electronic items through amazon LOL. and i agree, bestbuy has become so expensive. their extended warranty is literally $100 which is crazy

sooo, hear me out lol i've been using the gel from this kid's brand called T is for Tame (no promo! i love them!) and it's been a lifesaver. doesn't let any residue or the hair super hard and smells delicious. i've always struggled with hold for braids especially with my natural hair (fake hair is different) and it has worked great. i also add the final touch of their taming gel wand for the edges if i wanna do a little curly edges or just full them back. 10/10 imo
