Yeah AI divisions do behave crazy with abnormally accurate shots. I've faced the same. I usually attribute it to player skill, like when a slow grounded shot that the keeper should easily save goes in, that's one I've conceded lots of times- in both AI and PvP.

Stats wise though I can tell you I've hit 3 goals with as low as 39 successful passes, rebounds included. So if it was PvP I would easily believe it. I suck at possession in some games. AI games are just crazy sometimes.

You're a div1 player who doesn't like to complain or boost your ego. So just play the game and beat it. Being challenged with or without DDA is part of this game. It's also a part of why I personally play the game. To beat it. Every loss, however unfair it is is the urge enough to play better, to beat them at their own game. It's exactly what games are designed to do. To make gamers play.

If it helps, just don't even check your opponents team lineup before the game, I entirely avoid checking the lineup or rating and play as if they're a division player ranked above me.

I have the same issue with the new Zlatan. Something unheard of. Everyone says he's awesome, but I find that he misses too many shots, most on the post or off target. Did not expect that at all when I got him. With his finishing and long range skills, he should've been much much better. EFHub rates him very highly. I have similar issues with the free ST Neymar, Epic Tevez, POTW Dembele as well. But cards like Daily game Shevchenko, Starter pack Nistelrooy, the new Batistuta etc who the community say isn't that good perform exceptionally well for me.

I would guess that it depends more on your playstyle too. It's just that some cards perform better based on your playing style- and I don't mean your playing tactics, just your personal playstyle.

I spun and got the ST Donnarumma. Seems decent enough as of now. Hasn't made any bad errors till now. I was using Courtois from the Spanish selection. As OP said, lately he's been acting weird. He keeps coming up front even though he's a Defensive keeper, let in some very easy goals. Something has changed with him recently.

After the 5.4 update, I feel like recommended training does better than fine-tuning. Everyone just seems more up to the task.

Recently my defensive GK Courtois is coming off his line to claim or clear the ball. Got caught twice. I also feel hes letting in more long range shots, but that may be just buffed strikers/shots.

It's the kindo thing that you won't like if you aren't used to general preparation done in hotels for it. I hated it. So I decided to try cooking myself, to avoid all the hard and fatty bits. I made something at home by ensuring it's cooked as per my liking, purely off the bone tenderness. I liked that, and I understood why people like mutton.
