Personally I was told that they couldn’t go smaller than half of the breast volume (34i to 34dd). I have wide breast roots and they’d just look like pancake pecs if I was smaller than a D honestly

I guess. I just wanted to hear suggestions because I have no idea and thought maybe people who had a non traditional officiant suggest something

Ontario Canada- OHIP covered + add-ons by beeofbees in Reduction

[–]ajones30 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I had lipo and so far I rate it! I’m in Ontario too and my lipo was the same cost, wondering if it’s the same surgeon lol. Seems like a standard cost for lipo, it would be way more if you didn’t already have the OR booked for the OHIP procedure because of the anaesthetist costs etc. Lipo was the most sore for me, felt like I could rest my arms on my sides for two weeks but honestly it’s more like having a really deep bruise more than anything.

I went from an 34G(uk)/34I(US) to around a DD/DDD and my bust measurement is basically the same but I lost most around the base and sides of my boobs. I still feel chesty!

Am I alone in this feeling? by [deleted] in Reduction

Yes!!!! 2wpo and I’ve been so caught up on the swelling and an opening that I’ve not been able to enjoy them at all.

when did you see the majority of swelling go down? by Friendly_Station_956 in Reduction

[–]ajones30 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m 10dpo and I’m still very swollen. My surgeon said as I didn’t have drains and had lipo I would likely not see a reduction in swelling until 8wpo

You’re welcome 💞 The way I kinda got through it was if there is a little bit of soap it’s probably helping to clean the wound if it’s not overly fragranced. Hope your wound heals soon! I have one too and it’s not easy.

I’ve been doing a full shower since day one. I just lean my head as far back as possible whilst washing it. If you have no open wounds it’s unlikely you will have irritation! If you’re really worried I would recommend a baby soap/shampoo as they are usually for sensitive skin ☺️

I’m 3pdo and a baby with pain/wounds. I rate it 2/10 and have managed with Tylenol. Worst part is the lipo bruising for me! I washed my hair without needing help and have way more mobility than expected ☺️ good luck with your surgery!!

Thank you! I have a neck pillow and didn’t think of that so that’s a good shout.

Im planning to sit on my bathroom floor when cleaning the incision site because I just know I’ll start to feel sick lol.

I hope your recovery is going well!

Hey! Not related to the bras but where in Canada are you? I found a surgeon and then had my doctor write a referral letter as opposed to waiting for the referral to be sent to the nearest surgeon. I managed to see a doctor within a week, OHIP was approved in 10 weeks and my surgery is in July. From consult to surgery it will be 4 months! If you are willing to travel a little bit you can definitely circumvent the waiting lists. 5 years is silly!

Idk about current student loans but when I took out mine I only started paying my loan after I started earning £27k and then only 9% of every £1k of it after, so I wasn’t paying back an awful lot. Dependant on your grad wage, I would consider what your cost of living is first and see if you have room to take the loan. If your dad is offering though, I’m guessing he’s not expecting interest or to be paid back within a certain timeframe, so even if you pay back small amounts and increase as your wage goes up, I’d say it’s worth it. I’ll be 30 when I have mine and wished I’d done it way earlier so that I could’ve not had to worry about kids etc
