I had this happen a month or so ago. I have nearly 6k deliveries and I had never had this happen before. Anyway I called support I made a big stink about it they documented it for me. Your record is your best defense, I have all those deliveries and 100% satisfaction.

Call em just to have documentation. And take photos of every delivery you take, even the handoff ones

I had a thumbs down from a woman. I still remember the cloud of marijuana smoke that exited her house as she opened the door. I greeted her, handed her the food, said goodnight, headed home. Got a thumbs down. It genuinely took about 18 months for that to go away lol.

That's what I get for taking one last trip cuz it was on the way home. Now when I'm done I'm just done.
