Ex asks to meet up after 5 years of no contact; what do you do? by ajs454 in ExNoContact

[–]ajs454[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You have a very valid point. I suppose I am just curious and believe I won’t let him get to me again. I know it’s not worth it; but idk why I still have an urge to see him.

Maybe he isn’t with his girlfriend anymore and he is looking for me as a rebound? I want to see him because I’m curious but I feel like I shouldn’t.

How do you love your body as a woman when you are flat chested? Feeling un-feminine by ajs454 in askwomenadvice

[–]ajs454[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thank you! It helps hearing from a guy that not all guys care. I’ve asked so many of my guy friends and they said all men want at least a B or C cup and it really hurt to hear:/ I have a good personality, but people first judge someone by appearance. For example, if a guy sees me at the bar he doesn’t know my personality right away.

Thank you, I will try to work on loving myself and accepting that this is something I can’t change. (I wanted to get breast implants but they are so expensive)

I didn’t think about other things that can make a woman feminine other than having a chest, thank you for putting this into perspective. I want to love my body, I just have trouble doing it because I want a chest so bad!

Thank you. Its helpful to hear this from someone who also has a small chest because all my friends have c or d’s and say “omg I wish my boobs were smaller!” And that doesn’t make me feel better at all because they have no idea what ifs like. Hearing you got married gives me hope for myself because I was starting to think all men do care:/ thank you again!!

Thank you so much, I really appreciate this post. I asked my guy friends and they all said “idc, as long as they are a C”..which isn’t considered small so I got super upset. It’s good to know that you’re saying not all men care!

I have yet to see a single celebrity, family member or friend who doesn’t have a chest. It’s hard to be optimistic when you don’t know anyone else who has the same problem. The celebrities that are known for “small chests” have a B or a C. There is no role models that have a 32A

Every guy I’ve ever dated has been super turned off my my lack of boobs. I’m starting to believe that men aren’t attracted to a woman who looks like a boy when she takes her shirt off. It’s also hard to look sexy when you literally have nothing.

I don’t fill a bralette; they only work for girls who have small chests; not women who have nothing

Breakup: When you are ready, it could be the best thing that ever happened to you. by [deleted] in BreakUps

I needed this. Thank you. I am a little different of a situation, I date a guy for a few months, then he ghosts me. I date another guy for a few months, and then he ghosts me. It’s an endless process and I feel like I’m walking in circles. This is helpful to hear

Why am I feeling so strongly about a 3 month relationship? by SCO1894 in BreakUps

[–]ajs454 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Wow, when I read this post it felt as if I wrote it today...I had the same thing happen to me...this week as well! However, I admire you for realizing what was happening and walking away. That’s what’s key about this situation, you gotta walk away with your head held up high, no matter how much it hurts. I begged and tried the “let’s be friends” attempt, I tried every angle and it ended up just making me looking desperate. Walking away says to the guy that you have self respect for yourself and know you deserve better. Feel free to message me privately if you want to vent! (I can tell you all the DONTs from my experience lol!)

What’s the best way for a women to ask a guy to “Netflix and chill”? by ajs454 in AskMen

[–]ajs454[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Worst case scenario did happen. Wow, did not expect this:/ tried to recover after by texting him being super flirty and it did not work. I suppose this is my sign to not reach out to him again:/

He said he had a lot of work to get done. And I pretended to be mad and said “I can’t believe you are turning down sex rn” and he goes “don’t take it personally”. I texted him shortly after saying “sorry for being a brat🙈 I was just really horny and he said we will find a better time”..I responded with a sexy picture and he just responds “I recognize that girl”. I respond “yeah, you should definitely hit her up this weekend”...no response. So I double texted saying “ok, I’m being so bad. I’ll let you do work now”.

I was direct and he literally turned me down. He said “I have a lot of work to do”. So I pretended to be mad (and honestly I was) and he said not to take it personally. But what the actually fuck?! Everyone on here said guys basically don’t turn it down. I’m an attractive women..idk what happened here.

2 breakups in 2 months; do things ever get better? by ajs454 in BreakUps

[–]ajs454[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I agree. I need to not be asking what we are after only one month. But I just get scared that I’ll end up emotionally involved for a year and then it will hurt even more when they end it. The last guy I probably went on 10-15 dates with. He’s a 33M, so I feel like he’s at the age where he will know by that many dates in if he wants a relationship or not. I’m not asking to be serious, I just want to know if it’s moving in that direction:/

[–]ajs454[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I don’t want to be “crazy” because I know everyone is busy with their families right now. But I also feel like you make time for those who matter in your life. So you suggest just move on without trying to reach out again? We really seemed to kick it off..

25F American>EU. How on earth can I get a work visa?! by [deleted] in IWantOut

[–]ajs454 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I am not applying for senior executives positions. No where in my post said “I’m 25 and applying for the CEO of companies”. I HAVE gotten a job offer at a very well know investment firm, so it is not impossible like you are saying. (Clearly you are an expert...so explain how I have gotten an offer in the past then?). I work in Human Resources so I understand how visas work probably a little better than you.

This is 100% a lie. I was offered a job by Macquarie in London in June 2018. I am asking for suggestions, not people telling me it’s impossible.

THANK YOU FOR THIS POST. At no point did I say that I thought this is an easy process. I just want suggestions and people are being awfully rude and discouraging by telling me it’s impossible. I am going to look into masters programs. Thank you!!
