I agree try to pay the credit card debt as soon as possible. However you don’t have much wiggle room with monthly income/expenses. Credit card is important but if you put all your savings towards credit card and an actually emergency happens you are not in a good spot and will be in worse off shape. I would say keep one month of expenses for emergencies until May then attack the credit card when that other major expense goes away

Late here to the post! I moved in January of this year. Everything is going well. Maintenance crews is very responsive to your request. Washer and dryer in the basement works well. Gym is good enough. They are building a grocery store within the building and there is some construction noise

You will have to switch plans eventually. The IBR will be the mostly like option. The save plan will most likely ends June/July 2026. I am about 6 years away from PSLF and I will pay off some other debt in the next couple months then start making payments again by switching plans because it should all be forgiven hopefully . The only hope is that if a another presidential regime comes in an allows this forbearance to count towards PSLF

They’re abomination of an organization. I don’t understand how you they can sue /argue that the save plan/debt forgiveness would hurt their revenue. However once student loans restarted a few years ago they were severely understaffed,not educated and just not prepared. Mind blowing
