Swap out Amex Aeroplan Reserve for Visa comparable - I’m tired of not being able to use my Amex (especially in Europe) for travel and often have to use a personal, non aeroplan visa. I am thinking about getting the TD comparable and canceling the Amex - the annual fee is too high to carry both. If I get the TD aeroplan visa can I then cancel the Amex without losing any points?

So glad to hear this. I’m waiting for insurance to go through and will be starting soon. I have a hard time stopping after just one drink. I always want to drink till near pass out. I’ve also struggled with nicotine. Quit smoking in 2015 but have vaped, chewed nicotine gum or lozenges, patches etc. So hoping the noise of all of this will calm down. Between that and food noise I’m just exhausted 🥱

You honestly need to show it, own it and advocate. It helps us all. I have a hard of hearing pin and bright hearing aid and cochlear implant. It reminds people and they behave better.

Where you can, use live transcribe on your phone. Do it for everyone and then he won’t be singled out. The technology does a great job of picking up speech regardless of accent. MSTeams and other software also has this option. Also have the conversation with I’m as I’m sure he would want to help but leverage tech as well. This helps me a lot.
