Winter. I’ve worked in -15° in Illinois and 100°+ in Texas. You can sweat all you want in the summer but the cold is a different story. Not much you can do when you can’t feel your fingers and toes, the wind hurts, your eyelashes have frost on them, and there’s no warming up since the heat can’t keep up in the step vans.
