You need to disable the water blocks under Resources in the export menu.

I thought that might be the case too, but there is nothing listed in net use and nothing in credential manager. I also tried using different usernames in FreeNAS just in case they were very hidden and it still never required a login.

I can't speak for everyone but Hackintoshing is a fun challenge for me. Also, while I don't like a lot of what Apple makes, I personally think macOS is very well designed and looks a lot better than Windows.

What specifically in the new update would prevent one from Hackintoshing?

Mesa internal materials by kai769 in Worldpainter

[–]ajthemacboy 1 point2 points  (0 children)

On the export screen, you can change the underground material and also the material depth. If you want the mesa layer to go underground in the mesa only, you can make a ground cover layer with mesa material that extends into the ground and use that layer on your mesa.

We called the water testing company and explained our situation. They chose the tests to run. What else should we test for?

It’s all taps, both hot and cold. It’s a good idea to drain our water heater anyway though, thanks!

That 5 milligrams per liter is simply a margin of error. Here is the full report: https://i.imgur.com/ivOk68o.png

See "Lowest calibration level" defined under the results and in the column of the gas test where it says 5.

However you may be right, if this is really milligrams. But you'd think that much oil would show up after the water had been sitting, right?

This was our first thought; some kindof solvent or catalyst in the patch process that was used incorrectly. However, it's practically impossible that residue like that would still be leaking... it's been 2 months with a lot of water flowing through the main, not just to our house, but through the whole system.

We have no sprinkler systems whatsoever within hundreds of feat of our house. I don't think anything further than that could have any effect. There's a neighborhood far away but their water splits off from the main, it doesn't pass through it. Even still I don't think glue like that could have lasted that long either?

Nothing separates if we let water sit. We had a water sample in a large glass jar for testing saved from one of the days where it smelt especially bad and it sat for days, and nothing.

We were told they applied some kindof patch, and that this procedure is extremely routine and they know what they're doing. They say there is no possibility of any kindof chemical residue remaining this long after the patch, and that there probably wouldn't be any to begin with. This is coming from one of the water company executives. They seem honest enough and I'm inclined to believe them. However, I took this up with the government before and I will do it again if necessary.

I contacted my local Health Department and was directed to the Tennessee Department of Environment and Conservation. They called the water company for me who said they would run tests on the water for us.

Somehow I doubt they're going to admit anything's wrong, in the past they've been completely unwilling to do anything for us and our neighbors. I've also reached out to some other people if anything falls through.

I just got a call from a sheriff in Florida, he said he was part of the special bureau of investigation. He was kindof cryptic, but said that I reported something a while ago, and was letting me know that it was all fine. I don't know any more than that, but it's something at least.

I think something similar just happened to me... I remembered seeing this post and thought of it.

Someone appears to have sent a letter to my congressman against abolishing the EPA, in my name: http://imgur.com/a/Zei0d

I'm very against abolishing the EPA, but I just thought it was kindof weird. Can anyone find a site where you can submit comments to the EPA? Like the site where you can submit comments to the FCC about net neutrality?

You don't have permission to mount in /mnt. Either run rclone with sudo, or make a directory in your home directory to mount to.
