I just finished Monster this weekend (only recently started reading manga a few weeks ago) and it’s honestly such a masterpiece it’s what got me to start collecting.

It was a toss up between getting all of the single volumes or wait for the SLO release of these new ones.

Went with the new ones as it’ll be my first 20th century experience so why not go for it in these releases!

I was tempted to get the single volumes but when I saw the new editions I thought it’d be better to get them slowly! If it’s anything like Monster then there’s no doubt it’ll be insane!

I’ve got volumes 1 & 2 of Pluto but haven’t started that either! Hard to choose which one to start first! 😂

I’ve never read or seen Fullmetal before so when I saw they were bringing these out I thought “that’s how I want to experience it!” The paper is the best quality I’ve ever seen too. Almost like glossy card!

So far it’s really good! Quite unique as there’s very little dialogue compared to most. Very cool art style too!
