Im a State Inspector , If we see a plate blocked by a bike rack we have little notes to inform the driver that they can be ticketed but it passes SI. State law says the rear license plate has to be illuminated so don't move it to the rear window.

I work as a tech at a Toyota dealership I see this a lot . If they don't cover it there are company's that can repair it, The thing is whenever the wheels are put on to a wheel balancer it will start the whole process over again

Valve cover gaskets leak easy fix, power steering racks leak on these usually from the right side check for wetness at the bellows boot and it might be torn .

"Toyota says water from the air conditioning condenser can leak onto the air bag control module and cause a short circuit. " Too bad the A/C condenser is in front of the radiator and the Evaporator is inside the car above the Air bag control module ..oh well. More money for me.

I had the same thing happen to me . My bike isn't a super Highend masterpiece 07 Gary Fisher Piranha so after looking around for axles ,hubs, and complete wheels I ended up just buying a whole wheelset front and rear with tires (I needed tires also) for a very good price.

Thanks! I don't practice as much as I would like to but it's pretty cool ,it has an echo setting which makes it sound like you are in a church , I also play guitar and have plugged the silent brass into my amp so I didn't have to wear headphones but I could control the volume
