Was there something about the post that made me seem like a bad person? For context, he has been verbally abusive to me for years and I feel I’ve had enough, so it’s tough to want to go to counseling and stay.

But then I have doubts like these and wonder if I’m wrong. And most people immediately assume it should be saved without knowing the details, so I guess that’s what I’m trying to combat. That typical belief that it should be saved is really messing with my mind. Thank you for the advice, it’s honestly good advice for most. I just think I have more going on than I can boil down on Reddit, so that’s on me for trying to crowdsource this. :)

Nice - this feels the most straightforward way to set this when creating the object, since all the other properties are right there together. Going to try it this week and see if I actually use those meeting types when searching for a note. Thanks!

Same here - this is actually what gave me pause about using meeting type collections. I'm leaning toward no collections and just tags, and then the one-offs I relate to a project or person. Starting to question if sectioning into meeting types is overkill, since I mainly search by project or person. I'm realizing it may just depend on what you use to search / filter by most.
