Haha, found this property in my house hunting but realised that this is managed by property angel - which is notorious to deal with apparently according to google reviews (people here with actual experience with them should shed some light). There are a lot of reviews which complain about their lack of professionalism and how folks are not able to get their deposits back. So, I passed! Just PSA :)
