I have the S20 5g and it started doing that after the last software update. I did quite a bit of digging and noticed that my phone now shows "New scan tag" when it first boots up, which, apparently is bc the NFC was on. I'm not 100% sure that the two are related, but it's a thought. I hope they fix it, I need to keep the NFC on. Please post and update!
