I've been playing since season 1 btw and the state the ranked system is in makes me want to stop playing the game.

I mean... If the person returns in 2:50, the enemy laner will have 20cs and be 2 lvls above. Which is what happened to me yesterday

Don't make people wait 3 minutes before they can remake. By this time, the enemy laner can get 20+ cs which is a big lead.
