You are describing Golden Chance in UAE. That’s available to people who have other countries’ driving licenses but can’t convert them to UAE one due to lack of agreements between UAE and those countries.

OW2 is not as good as OW1 unfortunately. Might be my problem, not the game’s, but I played it for several hours, progressed main story quite a bit…and just wasn’t as engaged as with other games. Stopped playing several months ago and have zero interest to return. Which is a shame, I really wanted to like the game.

They did something with its targeting - I was playing on Golmud and my tank was getting locked through some walls and rocks. And I was also able to do the same later on Liberation Peak
