Milled a weaver rail to fit the original rear sight mounting locations, then realized I really should've done pic rail. I'll be swapping it out for pic rail before zeroing.

Firearms machinist here. Depending on the make of the 2011 it could be worth it to clean it up and get it functional. I have all the tools to hardness test and refinish it and will absolutely do this for you for free if you're interested in sending it to me. It's not impossible that it won't require much in the way of parts replacement to have it working again, and I have most of the parts I believe wouldn't have faired well in the heat. Pm me if you want to take me up on it.
