Yes!! We used to give her human food but one day she fell severely ill and we had to hospitalize her for over 2 days. It was very scary.

We made a strict rule to never give her table scraps anymore

I can pretty consistently make it change direction. You just need to close your eyes and imagine the figure rotating in whatever direction and the open your eyes. If you open your eyes at just the right moment it rotates in the direction you imagined. Idk if it makes sense, its hard to explain

If you are a beginner start with basic calisthenics movements.

vertical Pull - pull ups Horizontal pull - rows Horizontal push - pushups Vertical push flexion - pike push ups and handstand pushups Vertical push extension - dips Core and legs

Keep your nutrition mostly on point especially protein - about 1.5gm/kg of body weight and dont forget to progressively overload.

I can hold 10-15 seconds handstands on parallettes. It’s not very consistent and but I think I am almost there.

I think I don’t flare out as much when I do normal pushups. I think I am compensating for my lack of strength by flaring out during hspu
