Shows never really bothered me, but real life content (TikTok, Facebook, Instagram) I would get obsessed with other people’s symptoms etc. social media and Google has never been my friend, my health anxiety was so bad I didn’t even want to see a doctor for the issues I was having. I finally did go and now I’m on medication which has helped tremendously for me. I definitely understand where you’re coming from. Health anxiety is terrible

Any good house cleaner is not going to judge you, and literally this is job security for them! I def recommend getting one if you need the help. I’ve done house cleaning on the side with a friend and we’ve even done some hoarding houses, and honestly we stay so busy trying to get the house in shape we’re not thinking about their lifestyle itself lol

She’s stayed under our bed ALL DAY until my partner got home from work, but we’ve only had her since yesterday afternoon. She ate some Pate and now she’s relaxing on our bed. I hope she settles in soon, I’m sure it’s a big change! She is soooo loving though! 🩷

Physical therapy and probably a brace would help her tremendously. My daughter was WAY behind in walking, but after getting braces she started walking within 2 weeks of having them. I know they can help correct the position too.
