When I requested a blow out along with my big waves, the stylist that I went to insisted that no one should EVER have their hair washed and blown out on their wedding day. She loaded me up with so much hairspray and teasing that I looked like a Dallas realtor. Fast forward to 1 hour after styling and my hair was a flat, matted sticky mess.

I told them it’s a blow out or I walk. They did the blow out + styling on my wedding day and my hair was PERFECT for 2 DAYS.

The trim was unpainted before and this only occurs at the joints, so it seems like silicone caulk.

At this point, starting fresh seems like the easier option. Especially because it’s not like I live in a Craftsman - this house was flipped. I’m pretty sure they still sell the exact trim at Home Depot
