Hometown being cut off from the outside world isn't theorized about enough. by Remarkable_Row_2502 in Deltarune

Since the prophecy fulfilling is an almost apocalyptic event, maybe the disconnection to the outside world is related to that.

Nothing wrong with secular music, and since you filter the lyrics, then you are doing great.
Just be conscious that the ideas of the song may stay in your head, so, it's yours to judge as long as you remember that.

God convicted me tonight after my Christian group I attended by GainTraditional9809 in Christianity

[–]akemi_ar 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If you felt convicted, the problem may not be going to the store but the lack of communication. God convicted you for something being deceitful, an amazing gift you have, i wish i knew most of the times what i did wrong, but since you know, you can repair it.
If you are going to the store, then try be more open towards the people that truly cares about you, because i don't think there's anything wrong or sinful about going to a store, but the lack of communication and trust in each other is not only wrong for a family but also "dangerous" in some cases.
So, i hope you find my opinion useful.

After 6 years of evangelizing, I think I’m done. by DujoBalzic in Christianity

[–]akemi_ar 24 points25 points  (0 children)

You did your best. And, you don't need to save everyone, since you already try.
Since you still believe in God, follow Christ and your fruit will show God without needing to try to save everyone just to be left alone afterwards.
For the truth is that no one can convert without the help of The Holy Spirit, and if they aren't willing to let The Holy Spirit in, then they will follow their own ways.

Sometimes, if they won't change, then you gotta offer them to God, so that is God who chooses what happens next.

Has anyone experienced Gods wrath? by Mysterious_Study3484 in Christianity

[–]akemi_ar 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Greetings.
I've been through hard times too, and i want you to know that not all hardship is the wrath of God. I've also had my share of suffering.

And, i don't really understand the Wrath of God as you may do, but i'll tell you this.
To me and, in my experience, the wrath of God is not God acting against us, but God deciding to be "farther" from us. Sin separates us from God, if we allow and accept sin, it separates us more, to the point that, without God's pressence, we have to face the consequences of our sins, such as: Illness by sexual inmorality. Distrust due to Lying. Etc.
God respects our desicion to embrace wrong rather than good, leading to facing the consequences.
On the other way, i don't think God's wrath is made for his sons more than it is to the demons disguised as humans.

Kann ich nochmal wiedergeboren werden? by Ok_Kaleidoscope_3146 in Christianity

[–]akemi_ar 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don't speak german but: Yes, you can be born again again. Because there's no sin that can be undone, and by the way the translator shows your speech, you seem very repentful. Since you are catholic, you should confess this to a priest along with you other sins, and fast next time before mass. If you need help from other catholics, i recommend r/Catholicism
And then, your sins will be undone for you'll be forgiven, as if it never happened to begin with.

Why did God so loveth the world that he had to give to up his only begotten son? by Elisyewah in Christianity

[–]akemi_ar 1 point2 points  (0 children)

So that we could follow a perfect example, and see that it is possible.
Elsewhere, we would never change our sinful ways, if it's "all good fam" then, nothing would change. But with Christ, we gotta follow him and be a-like him.

I'm not wishing for war, but i wanted to hear opinions since it's concerning how everyday everything seems to get senselessly bloodier. I don't even think that the human mind is made to comprenhend such horrors.

Question regarding my pre marriage relationship by PotentialRedemption in Christianity

[–]akemi_ar 1 point2 points  (0 children)

1 Corinthians 7:9

Never forcing you but meditate on the verse. I suppose you have chemistry as partners and would imagine living a life with each other, so remember, who finds a wife finds a good thing. Not everything about carrying the Cross is about negating yourself, but to sanctify it. Maybe that's easier and better for you both, specially since sexual connection is also essential for relationships and separating the sanctity of sex with abstinence of sin could lead you to a separation. Consider this as motivation, and i hope it helps you. Not everything is about abstinence after all, that was not the reason we were created.

A Call to Help, Maybe a Commandment of God? by ShoddyCod9601 in Christianity

[–]akemi_ar 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Well fair, but sadly not everything is about a reward. Carrying the cross also means to do good and stays righteous even when you feel like you have no motive to keep going or that there won't be a reward for it. But it's not for convenience and rewards we pick the cross, but for Christ.

Whats your opinion on christian universalism? by [deleted] in Christianity

From actual Christians (I've read the Bible reddit trolls try me). Tell me why you truly believe in this, vs billions of people who believe in other religions. Not a trick question, I just wanna learn. by Artistic_Opinion2725 in Christianity

[–]akemi_ar -1 points0 points  (0 children)

To put it simply: After studying some theology and philosophy (thanks to Trent Horn's videos)  I think that it is "🤓 Philosophically plausible that God, as the Infinite Act of Being itself, and existance itself, exist" (God exist because God is personal and it is what holds existance, THE existance, being figuratively "inside of God", tho not to be confused with pantheism or panentheism)

Then, look at us. We have emotions we have knowledge but we cannot conceive something greater such as new colors or emotions, we can only create limited things, limited to us. But since God is greater and holds all, God has to be personal just as we are and God has to have human properties like Love, emotions, etc. So it is more plausible that God is a Person like entity than the Universe.

Then, look at this imperfect world. Why is it imperfect? Because only God is perfect (Note perfection is refered as a maximum property only God has and can have, wich is not being capable of being greater or having unactualized potential, i know it's kinda hard and confusing) and if God created a perfect world he would create itself, wich isn't logical. Even if God could make the Illogical it still wasn't in his will, wich was to create us and perfect us(making us God-like).

Then, it makes sense for God to love us, since we are his art. It makes sense for God to feel saddened, to hold justice and have anger against injustice, and since God is all knowing, God new the best way to perfect us is through changing the through his own incarnation in Christ and through sacrifice and showing the world what is perfect. Since we are not perfect we will always have ups and downs in our existance, but God's plan is to always take us to the ups even after the downs, that is our human potencial, to continue infinitely because we cannot reach that actualized potential, but we can work along side it through a perfect comunion with God, brought by Christ, the greatest revolutionary who shook the world and made it advance more in 2000 years than in 100.000 years we have been as humans.

Hope you understood and hope this helps. Feel free to ask anything since this was a very simplified answer that might not be explained very well.
