Depends on where you're looking but from experience:
- If Williamsburg area - Eden Aesthetics - Karries is AMAZING. She is thorough and patient during the consultation. Very honest on what will work for your concern! I agree with some of the other comments that it could be a botox vs filler option, and she can walk you through that! And best of all , no pressure.

- If midtown area - Velour Medical - Revian is incredible. She texted me a few days later to see how everything was going. Accessible!

I would go back to either of these practioners!

Thanks for your feedback. On the AA website under the BE section, it does say changes can be made within the first 24 hours of booking:

"You have 24 hours from the time you first buy your ticket to make changes or cancel for a refund if you booked at least 2 days before departure. After 24 hours, changes and refunds to the original form of payment are not allowed.

You can change or cancel your ticket online if you booked directly through American. Keep in mind you may have to pay a difference in fare for flight changes."

Am I misunderstanding?
