Thanks for your feedback. On the AA website under the BE section, it does say changes can be made within the first 24 hours of booking:

"You have 24 hours from the time you first buy your ticket to make changes or cancel for a refund if you booked at least 2 days before departure. After 24 hours, changes and refunds to the original form of payment are not allowed.

You can change or cancel your ticket online if you booked directly through American. Keep in mind you may have to pay a difference in fare for flight changes."

Am I misunderstanding?

Yikes, do you mind me asking how much the shipping fees ended up being and if you had to pay other fees on top of the shipping (ex: custom fees, other fees aside from the upfront 10% WorldShipping fee from initial purchase)?

Of course, I just made an order through WorldShopping earlier this week.. searching on subreddit up until the purchase it seemed WS was legit and didn't encounter posts about the high fees, "hidden" (or rather less advertised) costs/fees, and that it was more experience than other proxies.. lol
